SEAS OPEN TENNIS TOURNAMENT!

"Raise a Raquet for SEAS!" 

The SEAS-PTO is proud to report that the 2nd Annual SEAS Open Tennis Tournament held on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Kickingbird Tennis Center was a HUGE SUCCESS.  We raised over $10,800.  Over 61 teams joined in the fun filled day compared to 36 teams from last year.  We are definitly a growing tournament.  We were fortunated enough to have over 20 sponsors.  We are happy to report that we had more men register this year as well. 

Monies raised from our 2011 tournament will go towards the SEAS-PTO annual budget, which funds many projects for our school. This year’s goals include, but are not limited to, making technology improvements in each classroom.  With your support, the SEAS-PTO will be able to reach these goals for 2011. This was an adult "social" tournament included three doubles events (men's, women's and mixed).  It was single elimination format with a consolation round so that every team was guaranteed to play at least two matches per event.
